Online Training

Clinical Data Management is determined to help you get the most out of your system and want to help you learn all the tools to get the job done quickly and efficiently. To help with this, CDM offers a variety of online training courses throughout the year.

Monthly classes offered via the internet are for all clients interested in the topic being presented. Pre-Registration is required. Sessions are offered on the 2nd Thursday each month between 10:00 am – 11:00 am Mountain Time, unless otherwise noted. There is a fee of $125.00 per connection (per computer), per course regardless of the number of attendees.

Here are the upcoming available courses:
October 8, </span>2020 - Introduction to Performance Improvement
The database is designed to be the lead component in performance improvement monitoring. This course will provide an overview of what performance improvement is and will introduce the student to various areas of the registry that can help with the monitoring and reporting of PI. This course is intended for all students.

November 12, </span>2020 - Assocations
Creating fields is what Associations is all about. Learn to create JOIN, MVXLATE, DEFAULT, TRUEFALSE and other types of Associations.

December 10, </span>2020 - Introduction to Merge to Word
Learn how to create a merge document that will take specified data from the registry onto a Word© document, one patient at a time. The student must have an understanding of field names and basic navigation of Microsoft Word©.

Cancellation Policy
For individual attendees who cancel their registration, the following will be in effect:

  • If cancelled ninety-one (91) days or more prior to the scheduled training date(s) a 100% credit will be applied for the registration fee to be applied to other training offerings by CDM.
  • If cancelled sixty-one (61) days or more prior to the scheduled training date(s) a 75% credit will be applied for the registration fee to be applied to other training offerings by CDM.
  • If cancelled thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the scheduled training date(s) a 50% credit will be applied for the registration fee to be applied to other training offerings by CDM.
  • If cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled training date(s) 100% of the registration fee is forfeited.
